There's an uncommon way to determine if you are gaining or losing energy, strength, endurance and power as you age?
It's a simple test. Supposedly.
Here's how the test works:
1. You stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, or hip-width, if that's more your style. You let your feet sink and flatten onto the ground as you bend your knees four inches.
2. You let your arms hang loosely at your sides.
3. You extend your spine in both directions, i.e. the cervical vertebra extend upward while your thoracic vertebrae stretch downward. You also let your chin fall into a natural position, neither up or down.
4. You relax your shoulders and feel them sink into your hips, and you allow your hips to sink into your knees, ankles and feet.
5. You stare straight-ahead, without moving. You smile inwardly and breathe naturally.
Now let me tell you: This "simple" test may surprise you.
It's not uncommon to find your legs shaking, quacking and trembling. You might also feel your shoulders quivering.
Your hands and feet may tingle or get really hot.
Chances are excellent you will not pass this test.
BUT, even if you fail, you will discover that you have more energy than before. You will feel wide awake and alert. And you will know why this type of training helps athletes, martial artists and everyday people recover, recuperate and recharge.
Are you ready?
If so, go for it.
IT IS a GAME CHANGER.

By the way, whether you pass or fail, there's a whole lot more to this than what's contained in this short email. And you may discover the answers to your prayers, or what you've been searching for at PowerPostures.com
Also, this practice revolutionized my training in a way that is helping me kick azz and take names at 60 years of age. It strengthens your knees, hips, lower back, ankles and feet. It gives you tendon power, something grossly lacking in most people today.
What about you? Are you still kicking azz? If not, get my course and you will be... and SOONER than you think.
